Within our Technical Service based in Manchester (UK), you service and repair all types and complexity of watches to the highest of standards. Your main responsibilities are the following : Carry out services and repairs to all types of mechanical and quartz watches Achieve workload targets within agreed timeframe Support the training of technicians as and when required Providing advice and information to manager as required Promote quality achievement and performance improvement Develop and maintain an in-depth current product and brand knowledge
