The Sales Executive Outbound will be responsible for carrying out designated direct telephone sales campaigns for the business. They will be expected to profile, generate leads and/or sales eitherfor themselves or into other parts of the business.
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities: Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims - especially managing personal time and productivity. Plan and manage personal calling campaign according to an agreed business development strategy using pre agreed scripts and guidelines Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems. Take personal responsibility in ensuring all information is correct for reporting purposes Plan/carry out/support business marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, eg, product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions, etc. Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills. Liaise directly with BT Dabs management team and drive any internal development incentives and attend internal meetings when necessary. Represent BT Dabs at all times in a courteous and professional manner. Working with other sales resources to maximise every opportunity uncovered in achieving your set Key Performance Indicators. |

Able todemonstrate success and experience in profiling major accounts customers. The ability to maintain the same level of sales call performance at the end of theday as at the start of the day |
