Technology Partner — Audit (BIA), Corporate Affairs, Corporate Secretariat and Legal & Compliance
•To manage senior executive group and management team stakeholder relationships for Enterprise Services (ES) and be the single point of contact into ES for the business
•Accountable for IT change delivery, production service delivery and IT strategy for specific Group Centre Functions (Audit, Corporate Affairs, Corporate Secretariat and Legal & Compliance),
•To work with the business in the earliest stages of demand development, and influence that to help shape a firm demand pipeline based on agreed solutions to business requirements

Accountabilities
•The principal gateway between the portfolio and CIO, managing the business relationship on behalf of CIO, including responsibility for the budget process, ensuring resolution of escalated issues and ensuring customer satisfaction with CIO.
•Working with the business to define the target IT architecture and roadmap to deliver on their business requirements
•Define and manage the portfolio of change work that delivers strategic and tactical initiatives.
•Full accountability for projects being delivered by the supply chain for delivery, ensuring that business expectations are met.
•Accountable for IT service provision, resolution of production issues and service improvement plans
•Co-ordinating the CIO response to specific business challenges e.g. reviews of technology usage and provides external insights into the business on IT and Business Trends which may support strategy aims.
•Build, lead and motivate the team (and virtual teams) to 'High Performing Organisation' standards. Inspire the team to meet stretch targets and through personal development and management, grow 'A' player capability and manage out underperformance.
•Maintains detailed awareness of, takes fully into account as necessary, and promotes throughout the organisation, any relevant statutory, internal or external regulations, standards and codes of good practice. Contributes to the definition of such regulations, standards and codes.
•Takes responsibility for architectural adherence, quality standards, policies and internal CIO processes.

• Formal qualifications (probably a relevant specialist honours degree in IT management / business) plus considerable practical experience in delivering IT change and production service to a global function.
•Can demonstrate successful implementation of change (>£1M) projects
•Comprehensive knowledge of the breadth of services and products offered by the Group, CIO and the business area supported, able to look for opportunities to exploit IT to enhance or develop new IT services and products.
•Has wide understanding of Banks goals, direction and strategies and how technology can support these objectives.
•Fully up to date with developments in individual area of expertise and will be expected to keep abreast of emerging technologies and potential for application within the Bank.
•A strong business/IT hybrid.
•Can demonstrate successful implementation of change (>£1M) projects
