We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer to act as the first point of contact for all Customer technical queries. As a Technical Support Engineer your main responsibilities will involve: To act as the first point of contact for all Customer technical queries For a nominated group of airlines, to log, trend, generate and co-ordinate the timely response to all Customer technical queries. The provision of 24/7 technical "Aircraft On Ground" support. The successful completion of periodic Customer onsite technical reviews. Represent BAE Systems at meetings with Regulatory Authorities, Vendors and Customers Projection of the Customers technical perspective within BAE Systems through Visit Reports, SB Vetting, inputs to new developments, etc. To highlight and where appropriate investigate, in service events of a potential airworthiness nature. |
