Identify storage opportunities and engage with partners to develop joint engagement plans.
1.Drive, maintain and document a global account strategy including at a minimum the following:2.Profile of account using the agreed formats, including key business and financial drivers, geographic profile, business strategy and key executives3.Profile of existing IT operations including strategy initiatives (storage, outsource, DR, refresh etc), supplier profile (i.e. relative share of wallet between vendors) and map of key IT contacts4.Thorough analysis of Dell’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, provide a summary of the business opportunities offered, critical success factors and associated risk/resource considerations
•Manage the flow of information through the account teams
•Attend regular Dell/EMC pipeline reviews both internally and with EMC
•Provide leadership to the account team through regular structured communication via conference calls or formal emails, clearly outlining key projects, opportunities, issues, products transitions, pricing etc |
