Solutions Consultants - Large Enterprise
The Solution Executive (SE) Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of experienced consultants that are responsible for all pre-sales workshops, design and architecture of Dell Solutions to new and existing customers within the UK Large Enterprise segment. This role carries the responsibility to achieving the required BU targets and to lead the solutions transformation in LE to 'everyone an expert'. This role will report into the current UK LEBU solution manager.

KEY SUCCESS CRITERIA:
· Achieve the relevant LE Solutions target every quarter
· Achieve the relevant LE EqualLogic target every quarter
· Achieve the relevant Dell | EMC sales target every quarter
· Achieve the relevant BSS targets every quarter
· Improvement in pipeline growth every quarter
· Raise the percentage of 'black' Clariion business in LE BU >70%
· A successful relationship with the Regional Sales Managers
· Act as a liaison with marketing with LEBU Marketing

Experience: 10 years +

A strong Financial acumen
Ability to analyze a situation and react quickly with recommended actions, able to hit multiple deadlines and work in a pressurized environment.
Ability to plan and re-prioritize work in line with changing requirements are paramount
Ensures implementation of strategic EMEA initiatives and programs with their BU / areas of responsibility
