SME Business Execution Support (BES)
Will act as the “right hand” to the SME Market Unit (MU) Head to drive and support the transformation and key initiatives of the SME business, as well as execution on SME specific Sales Operations tasks in the Market Unit. The BES will be an integral part of the SME Senior Management Team. The BES supports Sales Management in business planning, execution activities of sales support tasks and provides the interface for global and regional operations (SME COO, GFO COO). The BES also acts as programme manager for the roll-out of SME specific sales processes (e.g., Account & Territory Planning), and also drives regional best practice sharing.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Drive and co-ordinate SME Business Planning, SME Performance Management and implementation of global strategy at the MU level
- Business Planning, Forecasting and Budgeting
- Support the roll-out of changes to and improvements of the Go To Market (GTM) Model (e.g. Segmentation, Target setting, Quotas, Profitability)
- Support Compliance / Risk Management in the channel business as well as supervise budget setting
- Demand and Pipeline Management
- Support local Sales Management and Sales teams in Demand Generation/Pipeline Management
- Support the deal closing process and monitor the effectiveness, as part of the SME pipeline review meetings, with the respective Territory Sales Managers (TSM)
- Drive Business Development programs
- Co-ordinate and project manage the roll-out of key Sales Programmes and Initiatives, including strategic initiatives directly related to building the channel volume business by new product/partner introductions
- Ensure MU readiness to deploy Business Development Initiatives
- Co-ordinate and ensure execution on Sales Readiness Programmes
- Identify and implement best business practices
- SME transformation programmes and operations projects
- Co-ordinate and ensure that COO Sales Operations Services are provided (e.g. Infrastructure and Data Quality Services)
- Provide SME specific input and expertise into company wide projects
- Closely collaborate with COO, F&A and HR teams both at the local and regional level
Qualifications: Bachelors
