Site Administrator
The Site Administrator will provide support to the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) team and Brocklebank operations team. The Site Administrator will provide proactive administrative support to ensure the timely and accurate execution of site information. This is a part-time position working 24 hours per week.

Principal Accountabilities
Proactively supports the EHS team and Brocklebank Operations team in their day-to day work by undertaking administrative tasks, including reporting writing, presentation preparation and document creation, as required on a timely and accurate basis
Collects, collates and inputs information and data to enable the production of reports and analyses as requested by the Environment, Health & Safety team
Provides admin support to the Behaviour based safety team
Collation of information and the production of the Liverpool Newsletter
Ensures the timely and accurate raising of orders onto the purchasing system including telephone bills and invoices related to admin tasks
Responsible for coordinating records management across Liverpool sites
Ensures the maintenance of existing site systems and processes
Maintenance of site notice boards
Responsibility for optimising and improving Brocklebank administration operations
Creation and maintenance of file organisational system
Support Seaforth site administrator eg Orders, Pool car arrangements and visitor arrangements
Completes the daily incoming and outgoing post and distributes to site along with any parcel and courier service requirements
Completes the server back up on a daily basis
Ad hoc administration and correspondence
Qualifications: Bachelors
Experience: 5 years +
Languages: English : Speak / Write Fluently
