Senior SAP HR Consultant
We are seeking SAP Human Capital Management Consultants to develop and deliver solutions to clients across a range of Human Capital transformation projects and ERP projects –both local and global, and as part of multi disciplinary project teams. Successful candidates will increasingly be recognised deep experts in SAP HCM and HR Transformation.

Roles exist from team members to leaders and project managers. In particular we are looking for consultants with practical experience in:
SAP ECC6 EPH4
Talent Management
e-Recriuitment
Compensation
Learning Solutions
SAP Portal
Time Management
and experience of integration within and outside of SAP.

SAP HR Project Experience
Full lifecycle experience in an HR Professional Sevices environment, from Sales to delivery

Candidates will need to have proven experience of global SAP HCM implementations from blueprint through to implementation and sustain. They will be able to relate to people at all levels in an organisation and have experience of working with people from different cultural backgrounds. We need team players who are also able to work independently.
Candidates would also be expected to be able to demonstrable skills and experience in one or more of the following
Organisation design
Shared service implementations
HR process design
Development of business cases
Awareness of HR technology solutions
