Senior QA Manager
A Global Investment Bank is seeking a Senior QA Manager with excellent knowledge of Test Automation Tools & processes to assist on a large data consolidation programme Global FX Distribution.
The Global FX / SDP Team requires a QA Manager to assist the development teams to deliver services of the appropriate standard to their customers. The QA Manager will manage a team of six whose responsibilities include:
• Deployment. Labelling and building releases for deployment using scripts provided by the Development team.
• QA. Write, run and provide daily reports on automated Quality Assurance test scripts
• UAT. User Acceptance Testing
• Organise regular meetings between the development teams and users
• Track issues and their resolution, and ensure rigorous UAT is done, documented and signed off according to schedule.
• Non-Functional Testing, write, run and provide daily reports on performance testing,
• Validate release and rollback scripts and plans as provided by the development team.
• Documentation: Write, maintain and make publicly available professional documentation on:
• Manage a team of QA testers (Coordinate Paris & London teams)

• Banking experience essential. (Proven track record in Front Office environment is preferred)

• Experience of managing multi-site off shore projects
• Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved;
• Integrate Fitness tools
• Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff;
• Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures;
• Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary;
• Writing technical and management systems reports;
• Establishing standards of service for customers
• Preparing clear explanatory documents such as customers' charters;
• Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
• Liaise and coordinate the QA for the 2 scrums SDP teams
