Senior Operations Manager
This is an area with a huge impact both on how we deliver the customer experience and on bottom line performance. For a start you’ll be providing motivational and inspirational leadership to operations and area managers, helping them develop themselves, their teams and every aspect of their departments. As well as getting the best out of them and helping them deliver more, it will be down to you to resource everything effectively. No small feat in itself as numbers can rise from around 200 to anywhere upwards of 400 staff during our peak season. We’ll also expect you to design and implement process improvements aimed at streamlining activities while driving up performance and quality. And that will give you a real opportunity to shape your area with ideas that could go on to be rolled out across the network. Whatever you’re focused on, it will all be aimed at exceeding productivity goals at the same time as ensuring service excellence.

About our rewards
We’ll expect you to go the extra mile. But we’ll also make sure you’re well rewarded. As well as a competitive salary, stock units and site performance-related pay potential, we offer a whole host of other benefits, including healthcare and an employee discount. And then there are the excellent growth opportunities you’d expect from one of the UK’s leading online retailers. Opportunities to really hone your skills and potentially further your career on both a national and an international scale.
