We currently have an exciting and high exposure EMEA level position available for a Divisional Planning Analyst on the Global Incentive Compensation team. Supporting the EMEA division, the Analyst will join a global team responsible for setting the corporate strategy for variable compensation in the License, Support & On Demand, Education and Consulting lines of business. The main focus of this position will be to act as a strategic partner within the Division, balancing the design of local incentive strategies while always upholding corporate standard guidelines. This is an excellent opportunity to join a Global Corporate group and work with a variety of nationalities and cultures. The role will involve design, review, implementation and growth of policy and procedures within the Incentive Planning team.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The position will be filled by a confident person who is motivated to tackle a quickly evolving discipline within the Corporation and is ready to incite change. - Strategic “partner” acting in a consultative capacity with Divisional and regional Executives, Sales, Finance, Legal, and HR - Interaction with Management within the EMEA division, discussing the needs of their sales organizations, yet always driving to global standards. - Provides guidance, designs and communicates all policy and incentive programs, accounting for divisional requirements - Act beside two other Divisional Planning Managers with each working on a subset of activities within EMEA countries. - Act as the main point of contact within LoB License for all Incentive Compensation questions and is able to quickly articulate sales and compensation models across a multi country format. - Escalates, manages, and prioritizes issues, as necessary, leveraging the appropriate resources within Oracle. - Reviews and coordinates localized Terms and Conditions and coordinate local language translation requirements - Is the GIC point of contact for all Workers council issues and booking guidelines. - Ensures customer satisfaction - Identifies and recommends projects that improve efficiencies in processes and policy |

- Sales Compensation experience preferred but not essential - Confident, tenacious yet diplomatic personality able to understand and articulate business vision / needs & implement standards across a multi country format - Ability to manage and drive to closure numerous projects and activities simultaneously in an international environment - Flexibility mixed with strong time-management and prioritization skills - Excellent communication skills, ability to express complex ideas both written and verbally - Ability to deal with potentially confrontational situations with patience, diplomacy and tact, and to drive them to resolution - Good understanding of the Oracle organization and ability to network effectively to get the job done - Excellent Customer service skills, working under high level of pressure - Fluency in English, working knowledge of other languages an asset - Extremely self-motivated with a willingness to truly “own” the job |
