Senior Account Executive - OEM and Industry Solution Group
Dell has a track record for employing and developing the very best sales professionals in the industry. We invest in employee development training and sales resources to achieve our high standards. We are now looking for Senior O.E.M. Account Executives to join the EMEA ISG team. These are customer facing roles based in the major European markets requiring fluency in English plus the local market languages. The business development managers will acquire and develop OEM business in their assigned territory within the Dell EMEA region.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead acquisition and development of new and existing OEM business in assigned territories and account/prospect bases.
Be face of Dell's OEM business with customer building multi-level customer relationships
Build long term customer relationships based on reliability and trust
Strong focus on long term vision and short term deal making
Proactively communicate and sell Dell's full range of products and OEM services.
Build and manage pipeline of opportunities
Providing all forecasts/updates required by sales management to required deadlines
Achieve quarterly financial targets, metrics & objectives
Consistently deliver a great customer experience
Work closely with aligned team of internal sales, program management & solutions resources.
Working closely with direct account managers & sales managers of the accounts we are selling OEM business to.
Managing large and global accounts and pricing
Qualifications: Bachelors
Experience: 15 years +
Languages: English : Speak / Write Fluently

OEM sales experience and OEM Solutions Sales Exepreince
15 years + experience in IT Sales

Team player & leader
Capable of designing account plans and strategies to win and grow OEM business
Strong product knowledge and ability to quickly learn new product and technical offerings
Fluent English as well as local market language(s)
Willingness to travel internationally
