Amazon is seeking an exceptional talented and innovative Recruiting Coordinator to deliver first-class support for our UK & Ireland recruitment team. The role is responsible for maximising talent identification and acquisition in order to meet Amazon’s business growth through managing potential candidates in the market with a high sense of urgency. The role will require the ability to work on a large number of recruitment processes for varying client groups in our Corporate Head Office. The person in this role must be able to multitask and work independently, take a hands-on approach, and interface effectively with candidates and business leaders at all levels. You will cover all administrative tasks during the recruitment process from beginning to end. You’ll need outstanding communication, professional interpersonal skills, and the agility to function in an innovative environment. You should also demonstrate the ability to deliver excellent results in a very short timeframe. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in a highly dynamic environment. Your tasks will include: Supporting the recruitment team in the administration of the complete application management process Being the first point of contact for all candidates and maintaining contact with all candidates throughout the whole recruitment process Arranging phone and in-house interviews, as well as assessment centers Handling the preparation of assessment centers independently (paperwork, room booking, catering, interview packs for assessors, timetables) and ensuring smooth running Communication with candidates (responding to applicant queries, updating them on their application status, sending invitations to interviews and assessment centers, rejecting unsuitable candidates by email and phone) Coordinating with agencies for the recruitment of temporary staff Independent handling of the recruitment process for interns and temporary staff incl. resume screening, pre-selection, conducting interviews & decision making together with the business group Putting job adverts onto the online job boards (internal and external) Tracking of all applications via use of the online recruitment tracking system and Excel Maintaining accuracy in all databases and preparing all recruitment reports on a weekly basis Ad hoc recruitment projects (maintaining statistics on interviews, assessment centers, open positions, time-to-fill and the like via the internal applicant tracking systems) |
