Rational Brand Architect
The candidate must have a proven track record of designing customer software solutions, preferably based around Rational software. The candidate should have experience in analyzing a customer's business and IT challenges and designing a comprehensive solution that integrates smoothly into the customer's environment. Their proposals should provide the customer with a solution that is reliable and scalable and leverages the Rational software portfolio to increase IBM Software market share. To advise customer on the technology selection: to Lead the IBM team in promoting the cause of technology, and of specific technologies, to achieve buy-in from the enterprise’s management and IT communities, seeking to create new opportunities and advance existing sales efforts. To lead customers and the IBM team in selecting, employing, and influencing the use of appropriate methodologies and design tools to achieve the desired business and technical results, to ensure client problem be resolved using right technologies. To be a leader in fostering communication among customer, partner, and IBM teams. To lead the IBM team in ensuring that the business vision has been satisfied through the design, adapting to inevitable design compromises and modified non-functional requirements, suggesting solutions to customer skill gaps, correcting architectural errors, and observing the deployed system to provide lessons learnt for future projects.
Qualifications: Bachelors (Information Technology)
Experience: 7 years +
