You will belong to the Commando team dedicated to the Rates Trading desk (IRD), responsible for the Business Analysis, Development, Application Roll-Out and Support on the following topics:
•Market Data : Real Time prices contribution
•Real Time pricing for trades and financial products
•Risk Analysis and Intraday / Overnight Position Management
Within the team, you will:
•Maintain a direct contact with the market place users (trader, middle office, sales) in order to understand their needs
•Offer appropriate solutions to those users.
•Take part in the evolution of the applications developed by the team
Main responsibilities
Support (25% to 50%) :
-Check processes and communicate with users to advise them when problems are raised and resolved.
-Write documentation of Tactical processes in order to transfer to Paris industrial teams.
-Answers to user questions on Tactical applications.
-Interact with Paris support and Paris development teams when problems need their intervention.
Development (50% to 75%) :
-Take part in Tactical developments (new applications, new risk analysis, new trade capture solutions).
-Improve the release process for tactical software
-Improve existing processes in order to reduce support time.

- Solid academic background (Master of Science in IT preferably)

- Good knowledge of VBA Excel, with professional experience.

- First hand experience in a team on IRD (Pricing, Risk Analysis and contribution systems)
