• An experienced infrastructure project manager with previous experience of running multiple projects with a successful track record of delivery in a financial industry. A strong pro-active approach and stakeholder management is essential for success. Experience in senior management reporting would be advantageous. • Strong Project Management Skills – certificates demonstrating this skill would be advantageous • Good Leadership skills • Candidate will require strong communication (oral & written) & interpersonal skills in order to liaise with members of the organisation at all levels. • Strong presentation skills; experience presenting to Senior Management • Ability to manage key client relationships and build productive working relationships • Ability to negotiate changes to commitments / requirements • Ability to develop core project team members (e.g. skills, career, etc.) and conduct performance reviews • Able to prioritise and work effectively in a rapidly changing environment with the capacity to proactively anticipate, identify, prevent and resolve problems is required
