The Banking & Financial Services Group (BFS) Account team develop and maintain the technological requirements for the BFS Group's businesses.
An opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to work in the Bristol UK office alongside the growing UK Wrap business.
Key responsibilities
Managing projects, including progress management, risk and issues management, resource tracking, financials tracking, stakeholder management and associated status reporting
Defining new projects, including functional scope, process and system impact analysis, resource planning, financials planning, governance models etc
Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management practices in the team, including creation and use of tools to assist project management
UK Wrap has a IT project delivery cycle that ensures constant rollout of functionality to our clients - our aim is to release a major release each quarter and a minor release each month. You will manage both the IT and business components of the releases.
Delivering our roadmap projects which includes new products and features to the Wrap platform, legislative and compliance requirements, and usability enhancements. |

Financial services / investment banking experience strongly preferred
Strong Project Management experience
Experience in managing both IT and business projects
Solid understanding of project management methodologies
Flexible approach to delivering solutions
Ability to quickly establish requirements, and work with the business to deliver the most appropriate outcome
Experience in working to deadlines and in a high pressure environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong focus on client orientation and relationship management
Proven experience in stakeholder management, including both IT and business
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Good analysis experience and technical implementation skills |
