Effectively collaborate with business, marketing, and technical teams to develop requirements, and manage projects from inception to completion.
Product:
· Define product specifications, gain approvals and manage the delivery of key features and enhancements.
· Work with regional community managers to understand local market needs and translate these into product design solutions.
· Define and track key product metrics.
· Build positive relationships and trust over time through a strong commitment to high quality & on time delivery.
Design:
· Participate in concept development and design ideation
· Create visual designs that address business, brand, market, and user requirements, including the design and production of screen layouts, color palettes, typography, user interface elements
· Produce design specifications, storyboards, scenarios, design prototypes
· Successfully communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user centered design process |

· Some experience in both product management and user experience design
· A proven track record in product management and development -- you should be comfortable juggling multiple simultaneous projects at various stages of completion, and know how to motivate and drive a project team to success.
· A clear passion and understanding of social media and preferably experience of product management or design of a user generated content product.
Design:
· Candidates must have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, careful attention to detail, as well as ability to grasp multiple product requirements
· Must demonstrate strong design skills including screen layouts, information design, and typography, and must have a great eye for detail
· Must have solid grasp of graphic and web design principles and good understanding of current web technologies, as well as an understanding of accessibility.
· Have a deep understanding of usability and experience in building websites for a broad audience
DESIRED:
· Experience with online products, search, social networking & media, and community based products is highly desired.
· Familiarity with agile product development methods.
· Excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask and priortise across multiple workflows.
Knowledge of the Latin American or South East Asian internet markets |
