•The prime broker provides a range of services to Hedge Fund clients. These services include custody, settlement and clearing, securities lending, financing, client services and reporting. •The operations team has a key role to play to ensure that the above services are provided efficiently. •To help us launch this project we are looking to onboard in the operations team, project managers with extensive prime broker experience.
Main responsibilities •Act as subject matter expert for operations during the Prime Broker implementation phase; •Assist in the coordinaton between different operations departements (custody-equity finance-etc) and other key stakeholders; •Specification and documentation of operations requirements; •Assist in the definition of the operating model for the operations team in the prime broker; •Engage with key stakeholders to facilitate workshops and collect/provide information for these meetings; •Definition of test packs for new systems and processes; •Assist in UAT to ensure quality execution and deliverance; •Design and document go live procedures; •Design and assist in end user training;
