To plan, execute and track Marketing campaigns, in order to support the business objectives of the Premium Mobile Experiences (PMX) team for Microsoft UK.
Key Accountabilities The Premium Mobile Experiences team is building a new mobile proposition within the Entertainment & Devices division. PMX offers a terrific opportunity for the right individual to help drive strategy and help shape overall marketing plans from an early stage. PMX is a highly entrepreneurial team that is leading innovation in consumer mobile experiences, including community, communication, and connected entertainment.
Responsibilities include: Interrogate business briefs, and translate them into marketing communication briefs. Project plan individual campaigns to ensure successful & timely delivery. Write creative briefs, and manage the local creative development process. Create client input brief for agencies Conduct agency briefings Manage output of media, creative & design agencies, and gain internal stakeholder approval. Work alongside PR projects to ensure campaigns are integrated. Meetings with external partners to align co-marketing plans. Tagging activity and trafficking final creative on and off-network. Monitor ongoing campaign performance, in order to optimize individual campaigns to maximize the return on investment. Relationship marketing campaign or program plan Develop and execute planning process Conduct campaign de-briefings & continuous program reporting Regular reporting to line manager/dotted line manager PMX about campaign performance |

Experience in marketing communications for consumer products is required. Experience in managing internal and external creative resources, vendors and partner agencies is required An affinity for mobile consumer products and digital entertainment is mandatory Global consumer marketing experience is strongly preferred Experience with digital media & online campaign building is strongly preferred Experience with a telecoms operator or within the telecoms sector is preferred Experience with entrepreneurial ventures is a strong plus
This position will require: The ability to adapt on the fly to changing requirements in a competitively charged environment and be willing to try new things in order to drive execution that successfully differentiates our product among a vast number of competitors Regular interaction with marketing managers and executives both within the group and the division and across the company as well as with external agencies Excellent oral and written communications & presentation skills The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously across various audiences Strong cross-group and cross-division collaboration skills The ability to think differently, challenge conventional wisdom, and drive new best practices |
