Online Marketing Lead
To lead a team of Marketing Managers & Executives to plan, execute and track Marketing campaigns, in order to profitably drive acquisition & engagement for our Online product groups of Bing, Windows Live (Hotmail, & Messenger) & MSN. To provide leadership, clear direction, and management of the team- as well as being actively involved in all aspects of each brief and project.

Team/ Department Mission
The UK Marcomms team is responsible for delivering mass market consumer marketing programmes in the UK in order to drive key metrics (minutes online, product downloads, search queries, sales etc) to meet our overall business objectives and UK country requirements. The team aspires to best-practice marketing, in pursuit of world-class status - through innovative campaigns, ground-breaking creativity, rigorous results analysis, and thorough consumer insight.

Key Accountabilities, Tasks and Activities
- Lead and manage a small team of Marketing Managers & Executives.
- Plan up and execute all campaign activity related to relevant product line.
- Be the main point of contact for the product team, and attend monthly business reviews, product development meetings, and contribute to the future success of the product line.
- Be the voice of the consumer - always.
- Networking with peers in other countries to share and adopt best practice.
- Responsibility for accurate management of an annual budget in order to meet business objectives.
- Track ongoing costs against budget, and accurately forecast forward.
- Partner with product teams, to interrogate business briefs, and translate them into marketing briefs.
- Project plan individual campaigns to ensure successful timely delivery.
- Oversee campaign media plan development in conjunction with media agency.
- Oversee and write creative briefs, and oversee the creative development process for the team.
- Manage output of media, creative & design agencies, and gain internal stakeholder approval.
- Work alongside PR projects to ensure campaigns are integrated.
- Meetings with external partners to drive co-marketing plans.
- Ensure that ongoing campaign performance is carried out, in order to optimize individual campaigns to maximize the return on investment.
- Regular reporting to line manager about overall team performance.
Qualifications: Bachelors
Experience: 7 years +
Languages: English : Speak / Write Fluently

- Proven consumer marketing experience essential
- Online marketing skills are desirable,
- CIM / IDM qualifications highly desirable
- Resourcefulness, and can-do attitude
