Oncology Healthcare Functional Lead South
We are currently looking for a strong and influential individual who is looking to bring their solid market access skills and experience together with their knowledge of selling, marketing and joint working to drive and lead the market access strategy at a national level for key oncology brands across the UK. As well as this national outlook, this individual will also work closely with 2 regional business leaders and their HDMs across half the UK to optimise regional strategies and delivery.

This position is fundamentally based on building strong interpersonal relationships, predominantly with our brand teams, Oncology Regional Business Leaders and local Healthcare Development Managers with whom the successful candidate will be leading strategy, sharing best practice, shaping brand activities, supporting - and challenging where appropriate.Key responsibilities for this role include:
Leading national Market Access Strategy for nominated brand/indications or franchise groupings.
Coordinating the implementation of agreed brand Market Access Strategies across multifunctional teams
Providing functional expertise and guidance to designated local Regional Business Leaders.
Working with Regional Business Leaders (RBLs) and training to ensure Healthcare Development Managers remain highly skilled and fully capable of delivering against business objectives
Qualifications: Bachelors
Other Certification (ABPI qualified)
Experience: 10 years +
Languages: English : Speak / Write Fluently

Evidence of success at a senior level in working within a matrix management environment
Advanced networking and influencing experience
Scientific or business degree
ABPI qualified
Proficient in use of MS Office
This position will be responsible for our southern regions and whilst it is a field based role the successful candidates should be comfortable with, and expect to spend at least 3 days per week at our offices in Welwyn.
