The Investment Banking Division is undergoing a period of significant growth in a drive to become a leading player in M&A. To support this expansion we are looking to hire a number of Graduates, Analysts, and Associates across a variety of teams. Although the individual focus will vary, as a member of the IBD team, you will be contributing to the development of the business and impacting the growth strategy on a macro level.
Working closely with Senior Bankers, you will support both origination and execution across a range of products, in particular M&A, debt, hybrid debt, equity, equity linked as well as capital structure related issues.
The Investment Banking Analysts carry out a wide variety of tasks including financial statement analysis, financial modelling, company and industry research, as well as preparation of client presentations and deal memoranda in the context of both origination and transaction execution.

• Exposure to Investment Banking or Corporate Finance experience in M&A , Corporate Finance, DCM or ECM ideally in a leading Investment Bank
• English to a mother tongue standard is essential
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills
• Solid command of MS Office
• Ideally a familiarity with Bloomberg and Reuters
