Skills Required:
Ability to develop and architect complex Systems Integration solutions using Maximo at the heart
Awareness of the business, technical and infrastructure needs in developing such solutions
Certification in Maximo 6, ideally Maximo 7
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and through presentations and written documents (reports, specs)
Knowledge and experience in at least two asset intensive industry sectors, eg. Oil&Gas, Process & Production, Travel & Transportation, Aerospace & Defence, Energy & Utilities, Facilities Management
Previous experience in consulting system administration or support
Demonstrated successful use of technical skills in an asset management systems environment
Experience of systems implementation and integration methodologies/ approaches. Thorough technical knowledge of software development methodologies, design and implementation.

People Skills Required:-
Strong team-working - both as part of a team and leading small teams. Ability to interface effectively with clients and colleagues at client sites.
Strong customer focus with ability to develop and sustain client relationships based on trust and technical credibility
Willingness to continue to develop technical skills in Maximo product set and related areas
Based in the UK, but willing to work across UK and Ireland with some international travel .
Self-starter. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and analysis skills.

Desirable skills:-
Experience of supporting business development
Experience of integration to/knowledge of ERPs (SAP and/or) Oracle; scheduling systems (eg ClickSoftware); mobile devices and solutions (eg. Syclo); GIS systems (eg ESRI)
Experience with at least one of the following database platforms: Oracle, Microsoft SQLServer, DB2 and associated middleware. Microsoft, Oracle or Unix Certification a plus
Knowledge of the Maximo Enterprise Adpator (MEA) and/or Maximo Integration Framework [esp Integration focus] Knowledge of web development tools and technology, particularly Java, JSP, HTML, XML. Knowledge of database programming (SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL) a plus.
[esp Infrastructure architect focus]
Ability to develop and implement install infrastructure solutions based on Maximo product set. Ability to support billable installation, sizing recommendation and advice, upgrade, site audit and troubleshooting services.
Working knowledge of modern operating environments (Windows 2000, XP, 2003 Server etc.). Working knowledge of Unix environment (IBM AIX, HP-UX, Sun Solaris, Linux) is advantageous.
Experience with administration and configuration of IBM Websphere application servers
Working understanding of networking, especially TCP/IP. Knowledge of internet and firewall technologies.
