Accountable for continuously improving the search front end experience across the 12 European sites, as measured by traffic conversion metric and customer satisfaction. Deliverables:
· Understand EU customer needs, business and competitive context and reflect this into EU business requirements for all Search front end initiatives, including Clothing, Shoes and Accessories (CSA) Search experience, Search Results Page (SRP) designs, Navigation, User experience simplification
· Actively influence the global product lifecycle on all search front end initiatives to ensure global products meet EU requirements. Possible directly product manage EU-specific projects / initiatives
· Work with the marketing organisation to define appropriate communications of product changes and launches to customers
· Provide thought leadership in defining and implementing the optimal search experience for CSA:
- Define EU needs for user flows, including browsing, merchant inventory integration, image search, navigations, etc..
- Actively influence prioritisation within Global Search team
- Ensure seamless and rapid delivery of user experience changes on the EU sites
- Deliver traffic conversion metric, customer satisfaction and CSA targets for search front-end |
