We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to significantly expand Oracle sales of Enterprise Project Management solutions (within the Primavera GBU) into the UK. The Sales Executive must demonstrate the ability to drive large enterprise sales to closure and to proactively assist Primavera's reseller channel with sales, business planning, and leadership. The reseller channel is currently in existence but we are looking for aggressive development through relationships with new strategic partners within specified vertical markets, primarily Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineer to order, Aerospace, Defence.
REQUIREMENTS: Related BA/BS together with at least 10 years combined experience selling enterprise software solutions, either directly and via a reseller channel. Software sales success in the UK as well as experience selling into specific verticals a must. Fluency in English a must. Demonstrable ability in identifying, developing and closing enterprise sales opportunities. Experience selling under disciplined formal sales methodology a must (Solution Selling, Strategic Selling, etc.). Must also possess superior communication & preparation skills, strong technical aptitude, a relentless focus on objectives, an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to execute on multiple priorities in this fast paced environment. Familiarity with project management software a plus (PMP or PSP certification). Demonstrable focus on building long-term relations with key customers & partners to leverage maximum revenues.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to Head of Sales of the concerned Region, this role is pivotal in the generation of new business and growth in the Country market with a personal target to match. The right applicant will have a proven ability to work independently in his/her market whilst coordinating with the whole sales team to add value in other markets and learn from successes elsewhere. Willingness to travel is a must. Experience in developing business plans and account plans is also required. It is also a pre requisite that the candidate be familiar with and have proven execution of good value proposition tools and activity in order to generate account interest.
Basic salary plus a commission element. Competitive market package. |
