Your role You will be in charge of: •Industry and company analysis and research •Preparation of client presentation material •General support in the preparation and execution of all kind of M&A transactions •Valuation tasks
The VIE assignment in a nutshell This VIE in London is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months. You will receive an allowance to complete Ubifrance allowance. The VIE is a specific contract, under Ubifrance’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from member states of the European Economic Space. Graduate from Business school or University, with major in Finance, Business Administration or Management, You successfully accomplished an internship in M&A, strategic advisory or transaction services. You are fluent in English. Speaking another European language will be a plus. You are proficient in MS Office, Bloomberg, Reuters and Factiva. Your open-mindedness and your analytical skills, will be essential for the performance of the valuation and the presentation tasks such as preparation of company profiles and market overviews. Quality and results oriented, you will be able to cope with stressful situations in M&A business and support joint effort to achieve best results for the client. Finally, your communication skills and your team spirit will make the difference. |
