IT Business Analyst

IT Business Analyst, part of the MA UK IT Business Engineering Team, focusing on Private Banking Front Office Processes and Applications, including Customer setup, Advisory processes, Order and Transaction booking and Customer Positions.

- Business Process Workflow
- Support for Business Users in Business Requirements phase
- Functional Gap Analysis
- Systems Requirements Specifications
- Change Requests
- Liaison with Developers during Build phases
- Test Plans
- Systems Integration Testing
- Initial Training and Support of Users during Acceptance Testing
- Focus on Customer, Portfolio, Client Accounts, Front Office Client Advisory & Discretionary Processing, Client Reporting Functionality
- Compliance with CS iSDF Methodology to CMMI Level 2

Additional duties and responsibilities:
- Some travel within MA UK (London, Guernsey, Gibraltar).

Candidate Value Proposition:
- Opportunity for a permanent position to work within a highly experienced and relatively small Business Engineering Team (6-10) with excellent and established working relationships with Business Users across PB MA UK, and with the IT EMEA organization.
- Position will work closely alongside a BA experienced in the particular Front Office processes and applications area, giving excellent scope for development and growth of experience in the related applications.
