ISDA Negotiator
Ensuring that whatever documentation is required to support the global trading activities of SCB is obtained, ie., ISDA, GMRA, executed and updated in order to promote the smooth running of the business whilst maximising protection from bad debt.
Ensure adherence to the Banks documentation policies.
Ensure the integrity of records by performing essential control functions.
To coordinate the documentation of SCBs collateral policies and methods. To ensure that the bank aligns its processes in these activities in order to gain maximum legal and regulatory benefits and minimize exposure to risk
Continuous review of all daily processes to improve the service provided and enhance controls.
Ensure control and audit requirements and adhered to.
Senior negotiators:
Attend meetings on behalf of the department as required.
Attend meetings and working groups on behalf of the Bank as required.
To act as mentor to junior negotiators in the Global Markets teams

Key Roles & Responsibilities

To coordinate the documentation of SCBs collateral policies and methods. To ensure that the bank aligns its processes in these activities in order to gain maximum legal and regulatory benefits and minimize exposure to risk
Continuous review of all daily processes to improve the service provided and enhance controls.
Ensure control and audit requirements and adhered to.

Qualifications: Bachelors
Experience: 5 years +
Languages: English : Speak / Write Fluently
Spanish : Speak Fluently

Good experience of Real Money Funds or Hedge Funds
Knowledge of the Banks policies and procedures in relation to Global Markets documentation.
Thorough understanding of the ISDA documentation framework.
Understanding of other documentation relating to developing businesses in the Bank ie., PSA/ISMA, GMRA, GMSLA etc.,
Familiarity with other departments roles and relationships within the banking organization.
Understanding of the diverse SCB culture given the global nature of the products and customer base
The ability to handle pressure and conflicting priorities
