As the Internal Communications Manager within the UK sales & marketing Business Unit for AstraZeneca, you will be responsible for providing employees with clear & engaging communications about AZ's business, news & issues, as well as information on employee services & benefits. You will drive best practice internal communications, managing the UK marketing company's internal communications channels, & supporting the Head of Internal Comms. As a small team, of 2, this role is a very hands-on role with a significant proportion of time spend developing and publishing communications.
Your main responsibilities will involve:
· Directly working with senior executives within the UK Marketing Company on internal communications from the leadership team.
· Managing internal communications to provide employees with clear and engaging communications about the AstraZeneca UK business, relevant news and issues, focusing on the needs of employees.
· Responsible for the effective development, management and editorial stewardship of communications channels.
· Managing internal communications initiatives and services, such as change communications, leadership communications and issues management internal communications and other activities that increase employee alignment with business strategies. |
