At the heart of Experian’s objective for global market leadership in the field of Collections, a fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Implementation Manager to join our expanding Tallyman team based in our Bristol office; however, this role can be based at our Bristol, Nottingham or Bradford offices.
This role involves working within the implementation team to deliver complex application software to major clients around the world. The application runs on SQL compliant databases (currently Oracle & MS SQL Server) and projects are approximately nine months in duration, requiring extensive analysis, design, configuration and testing throughout that period.
You will need previous experience of working on complex business application implementation projects where you took a lead role (where analysis, specification writing and testing formed part of your responsibilities), have strong client facing skills and have some experience of working with SQL. You must also have the ability to use your initiative and demonstrate a high level of ownership of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Projects are undertaken in both the UK and internationally and you will need to be prepared to travel internationally for extended periods of time (current and recent projects have been in India, South Africa, Czech Republic, Holland, Saudi Arabia, Russian Federation)
· Analysis and documentation of requirements
· Technical design (Integration and configuration)
· Configuration and testing
· Support of client implementation activities & environments
