We are seeking HR Transformation Consultants to develop and deliver solutions to clients across a range of Human Capital transformation projects –both local and global, and as part of multi disciplinary project teams. The ability to identify new market and client opportunities within Human Capital consultancy is particularly important for senior level positions. Successful candidates will increasingly be recognised as thought leaders in the field of HR transformation.
Successful candidates will have proven experience of global HR transformation project design and delivery –with experience across the whole life cycle from sales to delivery. They will be able to relate to people at all levels in an organisation and have experience of working with people from different cultural backgrounds. We need team players who are also able to work independently.
Experience in leading multi disciplinary teams is required for more senior positions and a background in providing professional HR Services is essential. Demonstrable skills and experience in one or more of the following will be expected: Organisation design Shared service implementations HR process design Development of business cases Awareness of HR technology solutions
Together with: Experience of project management methods Change management experience Excellent verbal written and presentation skills Proven experience of leading teams, able to network and build lasting client relationships
