A exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Healthcare Funding Team as a Healthcare Policy Manager.
The role sits within Market Access and requires an individual with tenacity and a high desire to succeed in a very competitive NHS market place. The purpose of the role is to generate positive NHS policy, treatment protocols and adequate funding /budget/service provision within NHS organisations that will directly drive the growth of Novartis speciality brands within the Ophthalmology and Integrated Specialty Medicines Business Units.
The successful candidate will need a high degree of NHS knowledge and the ability to work closely alongside Marketing and Sales teams to ensure local business account plans are effectively integrated and implemented to drive successful business outcomes. This position will appeal to existing Key Account Managers or an experienced Hospital Territory Business Manager who has a desire to work in commercial NHS Healthcare environment, where they will be able to develop and demonstrate the required skills. |

Proven track record and experience with 2 years experience of working with NHS management. Examples of coaching and solution finding working with the NHS essential.
