Reporting to the General Manager Gumtree.com UK the Head of Finance & Strategy will utilize their exceptional strategy development, problem-solving, analytical and communication skills to help drive performance in a fast growing area of the internet and e-commerce. |

Development of the overarching strategy, including business development and prioritizing investments.
Assessment of competitive threats and opportunities e.g., including market analysis and organic & acquisitive growth opportunities.
Identifying opportunities to improve internal business performance by optimizing the operating models.
Leading projects and managing relationships at all levels within the business, and 3rd party providers
Lead the financial planning and forecasting processes for revenues and expenses across the company.
Provide ongoing tracking, analysis and insights on the performance of the business and emerging trends to the operators and senior management
Proactively drive superior decision-making throughout the company by applying analytical and data synthesis skills to deliver key business insights to the operators and senior management
Be a proactive thought leader and business partner to the business operators
Develop presentations and present findings to senior management
Ensure all FP&A related reporting requirements and submissions to eBay corporate are met |
