You manage external eCommerce Fulfillment Service Provider and Shopware System Providers to connect their systems to eBay.
Your responsibilities Facilitate the complete business take on and fulfillment process between brands and service providers – with focus on UK and FR Ensure optimal strategic and operational management and controlling of service providers Develop, manage and implement Service Level Agreements (SLA) with service providers Develop, manage and implement channel partner program with service provides, shop system providers and potential other 3rd parties Develop and customize fulfillment processes with the brands and 3rd parties Provide up-to-date cost and service comparison of preferred service providers and 3rd parties Control service providers’/3rd parties’ performance, set and check against performance targets Contact person for questions of brands regarding fulfillment issues that can‘t be solved with 3rd party Screen market for new service providers/3rd parties to become channel partner for eBay, monitor developments in the market, nationally and internationally and translate into actionable adjustment of eBay channel partner program Manage future Request for Proposal (RFP) and negotiations process to include / update portolio of preferred 3rd parties as channel partners
