Working closely with the branches in your area, you’ll take the mystery out of financial planning for our customers and provide advice on everything from investments to inheritance tax.

| At Santander we have a market beating incentive scheme that starts at 80% of target and incrementally increases with the opportunity for uncapped earnings when in out performance levels. It’s important that you can combine a persuasive, straight-talking approach with strong admin and organisational skills. You’ll also need to be fully qualified to at least CEFA4/FPC3 level or equivalent, with a strong record of accomplishment in sales from retail Bancassurance environment. |
