Field Service Representative - Centralised Diagnostics
Field based within the busy London territory you will report in to the Technical Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring that we deliver the required service offering within the Centralised Diagnostics portfolio. Providing preventative, corrective, modification and installation support to our customers, you will be monitoring and acting appropriately upon key metrics to provide an effective and efficient service You will also provide support on Roche IT solutions for designated products, where appropriate to customers and colleagues. This will include* Installation and commissioning of specified instruments* Performing software and hardware upgrades and revisions to all relevant products You will meet standards as required by the company to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, whilst providing on-site and office based customer training in line with the defined instrument strategy.You will establish and develop relationships with the customers that enhance the reputation and professionalism of Roche Diagnostics Limited. You will provide clear and appropriate customer communication including proactive arrangement of routine preventative and corrective maintenance visits, case status updates and use of on-site documentation. Your day to day support duties will be in line with the key 'operational requirements', and on occasions you maybe required to provide out of hours telephone support.
Qualifications: Engineering Degree (electronic or mechanical engineering)
Experience: 5 years +
Languages: English : Speak / Write Fluently

You should have a background and / or qualification in electronic or mechanical engineering and have experience in maintaining medical instrumentation, ideally of a centralised diagnostics nature.
You should show an understanding of lab/clinical personnel, preferably gained through working within a hospital environment. You must demonstrate self motivation, strong communication skills, decision making capability, whilst demonstrating excellent customer service at all times.
