EU HR Data Manager
This role supports Infrastructure (Operations, Technology, Finance) HR teams in the management of HR information, reporting and planning. The analytics team provides specialist technical expertise, advice and support to a variety of crucial global processes.

Key responsibilities
Reporting
• Responsible for generating monthly and quarterly reporting including headcount, turnover, attrition and budgeting to distribute to the business. Data manager will leverage existing data packs created in London for the European businesses.
• Responsible for ad-hoc analysis and miscellaneous reporting for HR business partners and BU clients
• Pro-active in terms of improving data flow, human capital planning and development of key metrics
• Serve as point of contact for NY data managers in collating critical metrics

Auditing
• Responsible for the creation and distribution of audit reports. The data manager will meet each month with the business partners to isolate and identify areas of risk. Where changes are necessary, the data manager will liaise with administrative assistants and or the service centre to have the updates made
• Ensure data is ‘clean’ at all times, quality of information is paramount

Compensation
• Prepare monthly accruals file and ensure BU specific guidelines area adhered to
• Manage cyclical year end processes for their respective business areas. This will involve scenario planning, spend reports, topical analysis
• Manage the market data job matching, data distribution process and analysis, working with HR business partners, compensation and the business unit
• Serve as primary contact for the compensation group working on collaborative projects (e.g. ad-hoc external/internal analyses)

• Solid experience in an analytical role, ideally within HR
• We expect that likely candidates may have developed the necessary competencies in a similar role over at least a three year period.

Skills
• Advanced Excel skills (power user who is used to using excel to a high level on a daily basis working with complex models)
• Experience of business objects or similar business intelligence tools
• Working knowledge of MS Access
• Excellent analytical skills (able to develop and produce meaningful reports from multiple streams of data)
• Excellent communications skills; Verbal & written. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of direct interaction with clients and will be comfortable discussing and presenting materials
• Thorough attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills
• Good time management and organisational abilities
• Poised and self-confident (not afraid to ask questions or speak-up)
• Enjoys high volume, pressurised environment.
