The role of the Strategy Consultant is to provide a service to customers at any phase in their lifecycle to develop their education strategy and design, scope and build their specific education solution.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS - Working with the customer to design and develop their Education strategy across all the phases of the customer engagement lifecycle: - As part of the solution design project team, to develop Education components of the implementation (process, tools, content, methodology) by defining scope, objectives and deliverables. - Develop customer specific Education solutions and implementation strategies, which will maximise the customers’ ROI. - Identify in detail the Continuous Business Improvement and value based opportunities. - Conduct feasibility studies and training needs analysis. - Conduct regular internal project performance reviews during evaluation phase. - Provide continual feedback to the Education team on the education solutions required by customers. Actively working to establish improved working practice and develop the education consulting product set and value. - Accurately maintain all project tracking documentation and fulfil all reporting requirements to customer and SAP Education Management as defined for each project. - Management of customer relationships through the total engagement. - Financial management for projects with multiple resources. Ensuring that scope, budget and resources are managed according to plan. - Participate in opportunity reviews and support the solution sales process by defining the education solution for proposals and RFIs. - Participate in the presales process by presenting and demonstrating the education solution to customers buying teams. - Key Deliverables: Education strategy component of implementation plans, Education strategy component of continuous business improvement assessments - Liaison With: Education Consultants, Curriculum/Delivery team, Project Assurance team, Field Operations teams, Solution Business Units
This role will require the individual to work at customer site for an extended period, anywhere in the UK. Working hours will be in line with that of the customer. |

Detailed knowledge of implementation and continuous business improvement methodologies and the linkage of education to these. Knowledge of SAP-specific tools would be advantageous.
