Strong CRM is essential to support our sales and marketing teams and this role will drive the implementation a new CRM tool within Roche Tissue Diagnostics. As eCRM specialist you will set the parameters and requirements for customising the tool, testing with users and planning and proposing changes in order to ensure ease of data capture. You will support and train the UK, Netherlands,Nordic and Greek teams and whilst part of the UK team will also have a dotted line responsibility to the eCRM Group Leader. Specific responsibilities will be managing the interface between users and the development team and participating in the change management team, testing and validation, management of the user manual, training and technical support.You will also work with the sales and marketing team to propose, design and produce group and internal reporting.
