eClient Services Assistant M/F - VIE London
ECommerce is key area of growth and focus in the fixed income and forex business. With strong defined processes and a goal for operation excellence, this team is accountable for managing the client on boarding process. This team also owns the log of all clients' issues and is the first point of contact for the coordination and resolution of production problems working in strong partnership from the technology support groups.
Based in London and representing your team, you will be autonomous and independent, and will work closely with the Paris and London teams, which provide you all the support you need.

Your role
Your role will be to assist in all e-Client services and e-commerce reporting activities, on both Forex and Fixed Income products :
•Admin tasks (enablement of clients on eTrading platform, mapping etc..),
•Liaising with sales, trading, IT team,
•Follow up of limits issues,
•Resolution of any e-trading issues (trades issues, client connectivity etc...).

This VIE in London is to begin in May but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 to 24 months.
You will receive an allowance to complete Ubifrance allowance.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Ubifrance’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information, please see www.civiweb.com.

Graduate from a two-years Master's degree (Business school / Engineering School / University) with a specialization in finance, a previous experience in Investment Banking Environment will be an advantage. You speak English fluently.
A very good command of Excel is necessary because you will manipulate it a lot during your assignment. Your knowledge of Business Object is a plus. Your technical mindset and your great interest for IT science will be particularly appreciated.
