-Sector experience in telco or financial services
-Detailed knowledge of other channels like contact centres
-Knowledge of CRM Toolsets and applications e.g. marketing, sales and service applications and toolsets
-Based in the UK, but willing to work across UK and Ireland with some international travel. |
