The Digital Manager’s role is to deliver internal and external digital projects on behalf of the Corporate Affairs function. The key phases of delivery are to: · Work with cross functional/country teams to detail business requirements and gain sign off · Brief and project manage suppliers or internal IT · Ensure policies for standards and compliance are followed · Manage a representative user group to test and sign off deliverables · Prepare any necessary communications · Document governance and support processes.
Key projects over the next 12 months: Develop a technology roadmap (in conjunction with IT) based on business needs Develop an intranet governance model Implement a new solution for the online Media Centre Migrate astrazeneca.com to a new CMS/hosting solution Develop and drive the adoption of the country corporate website framework Develop a digital immersion program for Corporate Affairs colleagues Implement a corporate brand community site Develop the AZ dialogues platform (to engage with external stakeholders) Develop interactive case studies
