Roche has over 30 years experience in diabetes monitoring, and the Accu-chek brand is the world leader in diabetes care, with a diverse portfolio of products to suit all types of people from Blood Glucose monitors to Insulin Pumps and data management. This position will support and develop the central Accu-Chek CRM Dynamics consumer database. Ensure all data sources and ancillary databases optimise data collection and exchange data correctly on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, in order to continuously improve the customer experience and achieve business objectives.
You will produce regular and adhoc reports and analysis based on established KPIs, to support the needs of the Marketing Department and Diabetes Care Leadership Team. You will also assist with direct marketing activities including modelling /planning potential campaign response. The focus of the role is split fairly evenly across the 3 main functions over the course of a year. However, projects and marketing campaigns will determine which activities take priority on a weekly/monthly basis |

Hands on experience of planning, executing, tracking and reporting on direct marketing activities
Experience working with relational databases / CRM systems in a consumer marketing environment and covering data administration and analysis preferred
Highly analytical and numerate, able to interrogate and interpret multiple data sources
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics and associated tools, advantageous
Advanced ability in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to produce understandable user friendly reports from technical data
Experience of data cleansing and profiling tools preferred
Knowledge of predictive modelling techniques
Ability to develop effective working relationships with a wide range of local and international colleagues, external organisations and partners
