Implement the Argus safety and risk management platform, globally. You will be responsible for qualifying and developing value add propositions for the customer. Responsible for selling the company's consulting or other professional services; primary responsibility may include finding and generating new customers. Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel. These incumbents are the most senior level individual contributor Sales Account Managers and are viewed as experts by the company and in the field. Incumbents focus on critical, large, complex, high visibility, strategic, or tactically important accounts and may be responsible for the development of new business opportunities for new products or emerging areas. May have a leadership role and in some companies, management personnel will perform these functions. Job Requirements Develop strong internal relationships with the rest of the Oracle Account team. Able to network and develop strong business relationships with customers such that they turn to Oracle for their resource needs. Responsible for generating leads and submitting proposals to the client utilizing a broad knowledge of Oracle's service offerings. Primary job function is to generate consulting services, and nurture and close the transaction. Additional Details Oracle HSGBU represents Oracle in the health sciences industry, leads Oracle’s strategy in the health sciences industry and is responsible for the development, marketing, sales and consulting of Oracle health sciences products. The position of Consulting Sales Representative (CSR) for EMEA has been created to support the continued growth of the HSGBU and specifically, for HSGBU Global Safety Consulting. The Consulting Sales Representative will be responsible for sales of Oracle Argus consulting in this region.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE - Leading sales of Oracle Argus consulting services for Argus implementations in this region. - Accountable for achieving the allocated quarterly and annual sales quota for consulting services. - Developing account plans and sales and pursuit strategies to achieve successful closure of the opportunities. - Leading prospecting and awareness of the Oracle Argus consulting in EMEA, building a sustainable and growing sales pipeline of suspects, prospects and customers. - Taking a leadership role for each sales pursuit to drive the sale from initial qualification through to closure. - Developing relationships with existing customers to identify and close expansion opportunities. - Leading the development, presentation and sale of opportunity specific value propositions, sales material and sales collateral. - Negotiate pricing, concessions and contractual agreement to close the sale. - Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers. - Building trusting relationships with Argus customers. |

- Successful track record of leading sales of consulting services for Pharma companies in this region. - Strong knowledge of Pharma industry, market drivers and company strategies in this region. - Established relationships at various levels throughout customer organizations, with proven influence on completed sales. - Demonstrable experience selling to key influencers, stakeholders, committees and “C” level executives. - Proven ability and track record to individually perform all aspects of a sales cycle from gaining initial interest to closure and post sales support. - Consistently achieved or exceeded sales quota objectives. - Demonstrated success of appropriately utilizing company resources to close business. - At least 8 years of successful selling consulting services in the Pharma/consulting domain. - Excellent English skills (written and spoken). - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. CAPABILITIES EXPECTED - Working within a matrix environment and across other Oracle lines of business as part of an overall solution. - Proven ability to qualify opportunities based on economic and organizational political factors. - Strong bid shaping and business case justification skills. - Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills. |
