Consulting Sales Director, Financial Services Billing Applications
The Consulting Sales Director is responsible for selling consulting and/or outsourcing servicing (specifically involving Billing applications) to financial services clients in the EMEA region

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· As member of the Consulting Organization’s Sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing deals selling Oracle Consulting Services.
· Success in this role will depend not only on your ability to develop strong relationships with client executives but also across Oracle.
· You will also be responsible for qualifying and developing value add propositions for the customer.
· Client contact is typically with executive and senior executive level to large/complex clients.
· You will be responsible for generating leads and submitting proposals to the client utilizing a broad knowledge of Oracle’s services.
· The primary job function is to nurture and close the sale.
· You will direct and ensure the implementation of operational policies through subordinate managers.
· Interact internally and externally with executive management, providing negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy.
· Act as an ambassador for Oracle to clients

Extensive experience and expert knowledge of billing applications specifically in the Financial Services/Banking industry is essential for this role.
· Extensive experience implementing billing applicaitons for external customers in the FS sector is a pre-requisite
· Strong direct sales experience selling these billing solutions to the FS sector is also required
· Proven track-record establishing executive level relationships with clients in the FS/Banking sector
· Excellent communication and proven negotiation skills
· Ability to network and develop strong business relationships
· Motivational people manager with a track record producing results
· Ability to travel across the EMEA region
· Bachelor’s degree
