Reporting into the Global Head of Compensation Business Support / EMEA Compensation & Benefits, this role is for an experienced HR professional to provide business support to our Investment Banking division, together with taking a key role within the wider EMEA Compensation & Benefits team.
During the year, this role will need to work closely with the Global Regulatory & Policy and Global Systems teams, and also with the HR advisors and business managers, to ensure that policy and systems activities are well communicated and feedback considered. The role will advise on the compensation packages for senior hires and/or or leavers, and assist in developing strategies to retain key employees.
The role will play a key part in the year-end compensation process for the Investment Banking division and EMEA region, helping the Global Head of HR, HR advisors and business managers to navigate the timelines and processes to deliver a successful, commercially-focused outcome. |

Around 10 years’ compensation experience is desirable. A tax or accounting qualification would be desirable, but is not essential. Financial Services sector experience, however, is strongly preferred.
