Guernsey, CHL IS. In this middle management role, you will manage and develop a portfolio of between 80 and 150 existing commercial relationships, with customers who have a mid-range income of between £1 million and £5 million. In addition, you will be responsible for acquiring new commercial clients.

Driven and determined to exceed goals and customer expectations, you should also be calm and relaxed even under heavy pressure, and outgoing in influencing and negotiating with a diverse range of colleagues and customers from varying backgrounds and experience. You also need to be able to write clear and concise reports, putting forward your case on why credit applications
