Client Account Manager - Xerox Global Services
This role is responsible for managing the relationship and driving and leading new business opportunities within one of our largest financial services clients.

The role requires you to:
To understand the clients industry and business environments in order to develop and implement National and International account strategies, which position Xerox Global Services as a trusted business partner within the financial services sector.
Maximise the Xerox share of the clients total document related spend through forming robust relationships with the customer and hence, the effective sale of Xerox Services, Solutions and Products.

Main Accountabilities
Identify, develop and maintain business relationships with key influencers and decision makers (up to CEO level) within the account, promoting the quality image of Xerox within the marketplace and delivery of the Xerox services and solutions strategy. (Sharing best practise and clearly articulating complex business benefits at Directorate level is absolutely vital in this role).
Develop and communicate account attack strategies, tactics, engagement and coverage plans with the appropriate direct staff and partners (driven by client choice) for all opportunities in the account.
Lead the services and solutions selling process and facilitate the hardware selling activities, meeting respective revenue and GP targets and conducting business in an ethical and professional manner.
Design solutions and manage implementation through the Sales/operations interface by establishing and monitoring projects through the Strategic Project Manager (SPM). Express the design intent of solutions in the form of draft contracts for approval in the Diamond Process.
Provide strategic and tactical direction to the account facing XGS staff and those responsible for implementing clients’ contracted requirements. Review joint objectives through effective management of the Account Review Process.
Engage the partner management group (and/or XGS Strategic Partnership Manager) to recruit necessary partners, to develop value-add proposals, and facilitate the partner to the conclusion of deals.
Take responsibility for managing Xerox internal customer relationships where they influence the external client relationship.
Lead internal teams, and third party product/service providers to deliver the highest levels of productivity and sales within the account.
Monitor and manage all revenue streams (pre and post sales), in order to maximise profitable revenue growth.

This role can be based anywhere in the the South of the UK (a large amount of the time will be in Uxbridge/London)

A proven track record of successful sales of outsourcing services
Previous experience of account Management and business development experience within the financial services sector
Ability to lead account relationships.
Effective communication, negotiation and influencing skills, especially visioning at Board/Senior levels.
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key influencers and decision makers.
Can identify strategic XGS opportunities and energise resources appropriately - virtual team management
